Volunteer

I want to donate my time to help people in my community affected by domestic violence and sexual assault.

Volunteer of the Month

Emma

Featured Volunteer of the Month: January 2024

Volunteer Start Date: August 2023

Time Served: 111 Hours

Emma joined Catalyst as a Child Development Intern. Emma spends the majority of her time supporting families receiving emergency shelter services. She helps with welcomes, performs daily safety checks, and sorts donations. She has also been involved with outreach during community tabling events. Emma provided support during Domestic Violence Awareness Month helping with Flowers on the Creek and the Safe HAVEN Showcase. She also helped collect donations during our annual KZFR Radio Phone Pledge. We are thankful for Emma’s investment of time and her willingness to grow in the field of domestic violence!

Fun Facts: Fun Facts: Emma loves to cook, watch movies, read a good book, and go on Pinterest. When she is not interning, she enjoys spending time with her partner and her twin!
