Employment

I want to join the Catalyst team to help people in my community affected by domestic and sexual violence.

There are no current job openings.

When we hire, we look for compassionate and motivated candidates to join our team. Catalyst uses trauma-informed approaches and empowerment models to support people being victimized by domestic and sexual violence. We look for candidates who have skills/knowledge of these practices and who value the diversity of the human experience. Completion of the state mandated 65-hour training is required post-employment.
