When we hire, we look for compassionate and motivated candidates to join our team. Catalyst uses trauma-informed approaches and empowerment models to support people being victimized by intimate partner violence. We look for candidates who have skills/knowledge of these practices and who value the diversity of the human experience. Completion of the state mandated 65-hour training is required post-employment.
