Drop-in Advocate- Chico, CA
This position is responsible for providing follow-up and extended contact with and advocacy for victims of domestic violence and their children. This position will be 36 hours per week with an hourly rate of $17 and a $1/hour bilingual incentive and is eligible for dental, vision, and medical benefits.

Overnight Advocate- Chico, CA
This position is responsible for direct services and coordination of educational, recreational and therapeutic programs for housing program participants. This position is also responsible for helping to create a welcoming and safe environment for individuals and families who come to stay in Catalyst’s Housing Program. This position will be 24 hours per week with an hourly rate of $17 and a $1/hour bilingual incentive.

Housing Coordinator- Chico, CA
This position is responsible for providing extended coordination and advocacy for survivors of intimate partner violence and their children primarily around housing stabilization in our Rapid Rehousing and Housing First programs. This position will be 36 hours per week with an hourly rate of $19 and a $1/hour bilingual incentive and is eligible for dental, vision, and medical benefits.

Navigation Coordinator- Oroville, CA
This position will also work through our Chico Office at times and will be responsible for providing follow-up and extended contact with and advocacy for survivors of intimate partner violence and their children. This position will be 36 hours per week with an hourly rate of $19 and a $1/hour bilingual incentive and is eligible for dental, vision, and medical benefits.
